Universal Cranes is family-owned business and our Roma team is a special part of that family. That’s why our people tend to stick around!
PHIL DAYMAN – BRANCH MANAGER
Phil has been part of the Universal Cranes team since 2005. Joining the organisation as a crane operator in Brisbane, Phil worked on some of Universal Cranes’ most notable projects including the HRSG Installation in Georgetown in Tasmania, the Bowen Overpass in Brisbane, and Shell Harbour Rail Bridge. Phil then moved into Project Manager of the Universal Cranes wind business, overseeing the installation and erection of wind towers and turbines at Capital, Hallett, Snowtown and North Brown Wind Farms. After a few years back in Brisbane in safety and operational roles, Phil made the move to Roma to lead Universal Cranes’ expansion in the Surat Basin.
