CLAY MARSHALL – ROMA BRANCH MANAGER
Clay started at Universal Cranes in 2006 in painting and has worked a wide variety of roles within the company since then, including rigging, dogging and crane driving. During his time at Universal Cranes, Clay has worked on several interesting projects including some refinery work, shutdowns at Roxbury Downs, along with day to day jobs at both Brisbane and Townsville branches. After working for the company a number of years, an opportunity became available for the Roma Branch Manager role and since Clay grew up around the Roma / Dalby / Charleville region, he took the chance to take his expertise back to a familiar region and continue his career growth. An excellent leader, Clay takes the time to support his team, is a champion for ongoing growth through training and always ensures safety comes first. Clay’s down to earth attitude, grassroots knowledge and experience in the field combined with his strong work ethic makes him a valuable addition to the Universal Cranes team.
