BRISBANE OPERATIONS MANAGER ANNOUNCEMENT

Last week Brisbane Branch Manager Ben Smith announced the appointment of Matt Moller into the Brisbane Operations Manager role. Matt will step into this role from the beginning of this week (Monday 22nd November).
Matt has had extensive experience with the Universal Cranes business and has shown dedication and a strong customer-focus in his prior roles. This is apparent in his ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers including Queensland Rail, Plungie & Energy Queensland. Matt has been with Universal Cranes for 14 years which has included stints operating in Brisbane, 4 years’ operating in Gladstone and most recently 2.5 years in the Brisbane team as a Sales & Crane Supervisor.
Reinstating the Operations Manager position will relieve the Brisbane Branch Manager of some day to day operational matters. This will enable a greater focus on key clients and contracts, business development and sales, and overall performance of the Universal Cranes Brisbane Branch.
Changes are happening at Universal Cranes to make sure our service & support divisions continues to please our clients everyday.
